Construction Opportunities
Our project will create more than 4,000 construction positions, with a union-first approach prioritizing local hiring. We’re working with general contractors and trade partners to ensure consistent opportunities throughout the build.
Permanent Positions
Upon completion, our campus will employ 300+ full-time professionals in roles, including:
- Critical facilities engineers and technicians
- Security and operations specialists
- Administrative and management positions
Training & Development
Through partnerships with local educational institutions and workforce development organizations, we’re investing in training programs that prepare workers for high-growth careers in data center operations and emerging technologies.
