Workforce Development: Creating Pathways to Success
We’re committed to creating lasting economic opportunities in the communities where we operate. By partnering with local schools, workforce development organizations and labor groups, we’re helping prepare the next generation of skilled professionals while prioritizing local hiring and inclusive career pathways:
- Employing 4,000 construction workers to develop the campus and 300+ full-time operations jobs
Investing in local educational and job training programs in collaboration with Port Washington High School - Partnering with WRTP | BIG STEP for apprenticeship programs and others
- Creating opportunities for underrepresented groups, including BIPOC communities, women in tech and veterans
- Taking a union-first approach to hiring, prioritizing local talent

Infrastructure Investment: Building for Everyone’s Future
Our $175 million infrastructure investment benefits the entire community:
- Upgraded water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Enhanced power infrastructure
- New water tower construction
- All improvements funded upfront by Vantage, not taxpayers

We’re committed to preserving and enhancing this beloved community asset, working with local authorities to minimize construction disruption and add a bike/pedestrian branch for campus access.
